DRIP Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with DRIP. We want you to love our products, and we stand behind their quality. Because our sauces and jams are food items, our return and refund policy follows strict safety guidelines.
1. Returns for Food Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
We can only accept returns if:
- The product arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
- There was an issue caused on our side
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the issue
We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used items
- Items opened for “taste testing”
- Products damaged by the customer
- Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Sale or discounted items (final sale)
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged on arrival
- Incorrectly shipped

6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped.
7. Cash on Delivery Orders
COD orders that are returned to us due to refusal or non-response may result in limited access to future COD orders.
