DRIP Shipping Policy

DRIP ships orders across Egypt using reliable delivery partners.
Our goal is to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed:

• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

• Alexandria: 2–4 business days

• Other governorates: 3–7 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

3. Delivery Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by location.
Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

4. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your address and phone number are entered correctly at checkout.
DRIP is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect details, you may be responsible for re-delivery fees.

5. Missed Deliveries

Our courier will attempt to contact you for delivery.
If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, your order may be returned to us.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are refused or repeatedly undeliverable, future COD orders may be restricted.

6. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS or email (depending on the courier).
Some couriers may also send tracking updates directly.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video of the issue.
We will review and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.

8. International Shipping

We currently ship within Egypt only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
